Warm, summer breezes, a mouthwatering dinner grilled on the barbie, and fresh summer peaches marinating in the spicy sweet flavors of Sangria. My idea of an enchanted summer evening.
Simple can be divinely delicious. A special little summer dessert that is beautiful to serve and refreshing to taste.
Here’s to Summer! Cheers!
Fresh Summer Peaches in Sangria
Serves 6
6-8 Fresh Peaches, peeled and sliced (I like White Peaches as they are sweeter)
1 bottle of your favorite Sangria
Place the sliced peaches in a large non-reactive bowl. Pour the Sangria over the peaches until it just covers them. Let them sit in the wine for about 30 minutes. Divide peaches into 6 martini glasses. Ladle sangria into each glass and then garnish with a sprig of mint. Serve and Savor!

Karista! This is my kind of recipe!
