Three Dates and a Dessert
A class filled with delicious and decadent recipes. Perfect for a date night but easy enough for dinner guests. Brie and Apple-stuffed Chicken Breast with Apple Cider Pan Sauce; rich and enticing Pan-seared Beef Medallion with Madeira Wine Sauce; and for a little reminiscing, we’ll prepare a classic Sole Almandine. We’ll finish these delicious date night dishes with a sweet for your sweetie, Strawberries Romanoff — fresh strawberries in sweetened brandied cream.

I just realized I hadn’t replied to this! I will definitely let you know & say hi when I take one of your classes. I don’t teach at all, I am just an enthusiastic home cook (it’s both enjoyable to do with my 3 small children and, sometimes, a little bit of an escape from them!).
My son and I attended Karista’s holiday baking class at PCC…it was fantastic..My son had a wonderful time and Karista was great with the children. She drew the kids in with her personality and I think they all left the class pleased with themselves being mini chefs!
